“I’ve been going full throttle for nearly a decade now, and that definitely takes a toll. But at the same time, I’ve gained an incredible level of understanding by doing it this way,” Richard Gadd said, reflecting on his journey. “If I think back to Monkey See, Monkey Do, opening up about the sexual abuse I experienced was more healing than any therapy I’ve had.”
